Email From spreadsheet

I am working on a project in which I want to open certain Excel files and
send them using Outlook. I have to send out reports to our offices and the
emails will include a subject, a short body, delayed delivery, one pdf file,
and multiple Excel workbooks. Please let me know if this is possible.
