HOW CAN I STOP OR PREVENT AN EMAIL FROM BEING FORWARDED TO OTHERS ONCE I SEND IT OUT...THERE MUST BE A WAY!

Don't use CAPS!

No, there is no way unless you are in a Windows 2003 domain with WRM
installed and IRM configured in Outlook 2003

IRM can be used in Microsoft Office Outlook® 2003 to prevent e-mail
forwarding, copying, editing or printing. Protected messages are
automatically encrypted during transit, and when rights are assigned to the
message by the sender, Outlook 2003 disables the restricted commands. Office
2003 documents attached to protected messages are automatically protected as
well.

Hi

Go to your sent items and open up the email you want to call back. Then under actions, you will have recall this message, click on it and you will have two options.

Leslie

This only works in an Exchange organization when the message is still
unread. Even then it requires user interaction to allow deletion. In all
other situations the receiver just gets an e-mail with the question to
recall the message but doesn't have the recall functionality.

Either way it doesn't prevent the receiver of forwarding the message to
someone else.
