Hi,
I just registered a domain name, and can use unlimited Email aliasses
there. Mail sent to one of those will be forwarded to 1 Email adress I
have at my ISP.
I'd somehow like Outlook 2003 to know about the existence of these
aliasses. This is especially handy when replying to Emails. When I reply
to a message sent to (e-mail address removed), the reply will then also come
from this adress. So the real address I have at my provider will not be
seen by the recipient of the message (unless he checks the headers of
the Email, I think it will be shown there).
How do I set this up? In Outlook, I could create 1 account for every
alias I have. But, when I log in to my ISP's mailserver to download the
mail for alias 1, it will retrieve all Email from the server, so also
for alias 2, alias 3, and so on. This way, Outlook won't know which
account to use, and I would manually have to choose an account before
sending the Email.
I hope I am clear enough about what the problem/question is. Hopefully
someone can come with tips or suggestions. Thanks in advance!
