email format.

When I compose emails they look fine when completed, however, when the recipient receives it the text lines are all dis -jointed. Anyone know how I can resolve this problem, please?

ie. My name is Allen I live in the UK. in the city of Durham, where do you come from?

The recipient would receive something like this:
My name is Allen I live in the
UK. in the city
of Durham, where do you come
from?

You could try uninstalling your email system and then reinstalling. This should give you a fresh start although you would lose any saved emails so you would have to keep any important stuff before uninstalling.
