Hi I send a lot of quotations via email, and have been converting word
documents to pdf to stop emails layout from getting changed depending on
recipients settings etc.

I would really like to change to just sending emails, what is the best
format to assure that emails come out as sent and is not changed on other
computers.

thanks tim

Plain Text works fairly well, but I don't think you can guarantee it unless
you send it in an unalterable form, like an image.

Why would you want to control someone else's presentation, anyway. Before
you know it, they'll just show up in this newsgroup saying, "This person
keeps sending me these messages that don't appear they way I like them. How
can I fix Outlook to obey MY settings and not his?"
