email form?

running front page 2000, web site not hosted locally, want to allow users to complete form and then submit form to our email address. have tried to send from website but all that happend is form is cleared. what am i missing?

page properties are set to sent to our email, am also using a (hyperlink) submit button set to send to our email address.
 
Is your site hosted on a server with the FP extensions, if yes, how are you
upload the web site?

submit button set to send to our email address.
 
think i found it, had created a seperate hyperlink button to send, this was probably wrong. removed button and then insert/form/push button and set properties for button. will load on web site and see if this works!!!
