Yep, what program are you using?
I'm using the program that came with Vista and it's called "Windows Mail"

In outlook when you click on new you get the tab to format text.
I'm using Vista so I'm using "Windows Mail"

Dont PM people with questions, post them in the forums so others can

What is the difference between a forum and a newsgroup

It depends also on the OS used, mostly the language settings, as well as the
settings used in the email program. How it appears to the recipient depends
on their OS, email program and its settings. For example, you can send an
HJTML-formatted message using Zippy-Do Mod and many imbedded photographs and
the recipient will see Courier and no pictures.

This has nothing to do with my question. Of course it's Vista, Microsoft
mail, English etc.

In Windows Mail:

Select Tools/Options

Click the Compose Tab
You can set your default fonts there

Click the Sent Tab
Select HTML as the sending format, and
Uncheck Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent.

You can now create emails and replies using your chosen font.
