Email Fields Missing in Email Message in History View

When in BCM contacts, opening a contact and then viewing the history
shows a list of email messages for a contact. When I double-click on
one of the email messages in the history, it does not show the To: Cc:
fields as you see in a new email message, for example. I am using
Outlook 2007 SP1.
 
Can you check if the e-mail item is still present in your mail folders
