Are you trying to do so in a Microsoft Access database (which is not an email
program, but which can work with other programs which *are* email programs)?
Or are you trying to set up email addresses in Windows Mail (or Outlook or
some other email program)?
This is a newsgroup for Access databases, specifically for how to create
Queries in an Access database - but I'm guessing that the webpage misled you
and you really should be posting in a Windows Mail support group... if not,
please explain.
