email confirmations get deleted

Planning a meeting with several people, when they respond
back as either accept or decline the confirmation email
gets delivered to the planner's inbox and then
automatically gets moved to the Deleted Items folder. The
person may briefly see it appear in the Inbox if they are
looking at that folder. This does not happen for
everybody else. We are using Outlook 2002 SP2 with
Exchange Server 2000 SP3. Does anyone know why it would
be moving the messages to the Deleted Items folder???
There are NO rules in this mailbox.
 
Check in OPTIONS
E-MAIL OPTIONS
TRACKING OPTIONS

They may be processing responses on arrival
and then moving the receipts to DELETED ITEMS
after processing.
