hello

I there a way to disable the security dialog boxes that appear when trying to automatically send an e-mail with access?! My users are going to flip out if they have to confirm each message four time. I want the email to be sent transparently without the user having to do anything

Thank you for the hel

Could be your macro security in Outlook. Must be Medium or Low to accept
mailinstruction outside Outlook without prompting the user.

Alejandro,

I am simply trying to send a text message w/ no attachments. This function will be called by any user using different computers and I cannot change the security setting on all of them. I need to find a way that does not involve changing computer settings all together. I know when I used to code in Excel we could set the dialog boxes to false so as to not display the messages to the user. I am trying to find a way of doing the same in access. Send the email without displaying the confirmation boxes.

thanks,

Daniel
