email checker

I use eprompter as an email checker, and it works well.

However, I've got a couple of web email addresses from services that
eprompter doesn't include (eg youvegotmail). Is there an alternative,
perhaps one that lets me add a new service as I need?

I used it years ago on my Win 98 machine. Am now on XP and have since
'graduated' to Mailwasher, so I don't need ePrompter or PopTray, though both
are good programs.

Sorry it's been years since I used it last. IIRC you need to know the mail
server's address.

The version I'm using (latest one) gives you the option of lots of
webmail services as part of the adding new account procedure
