Email Change from Outlook to Outlook Express

cannot change email from outlook to outlook express
through Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Email.
It will permit me to highlight the section, but I cannot
change it to Outlook Express
 
Hi Ray,

What happens when you select Outlook Express and click OK? The setting not saved?

Thanks for answering. Under tools in internet exployer,
all I can do is highlight it. I do get to outlook express
by using a shortcut on the desktop. I have word 97 and
somehow when I hit mail in internet exployer/read mail. it
goes to microsoft outlook and says I dont have an
account.
