Email causing restart

Hello,

I recently bought a computer that has windows vista on it. However, when I
pull up my work email(outlook) i can read my mail but when I go to send or
reply , something happens and the outlook window closes and my homepage
restarts. This happens only when i reply to my outlook account from my job.
Not to my personal yahoo account.

Any help would be appreciated
