email can't send or receive

new system and went to incredimail ican't send or receive email keeps saying
that outgoing mail server or the incoming mail srever can't be found someone
please help

When you installed Incredimail you had to have gone
through the setup wizrd, you need to go to your previous
mail cliet, example: Outlook Express

Incredimail if I remember correctly does not work with
AOL or some web based clients

You need to configure the SMTP and POP account
information from your mail clent.

Question I have is do you have POP mail?

incredimail sucks. and also counts your email features you
use and how many emails you send. it does not look at what
you wrote but. also many people have problems with it for
whatever reason and can not get service. go to
download.com and search for incredimail in all downloads
and see reviews.
and if you get bored with it you have to use a program
called incrediconvert to convert the files to regular email.
