I am signed up to receive headlines from a newsservice,
but the email bypasses my inbox and goes directly to the
delete box. How do I correct this problem?

Do you have any rules set up that automatically delete incoming messages? Or
do you have any third-party spam blockers that do this for you? You can
change this behaviour by setting up rules of your own that direct the mail
from sources you trust to specific folders, then stop processing more rules
(in Outlook Express, for instance).

This doesn't really have anything to do with the IE6 browser, however.
Perhaps there's a more specific newsgroup that you'd want to target. For
instance, the Outlook Express newsgroup would be good for OE questions (if
that's what you are using).

Thanks Kay. No, I don't have any rules set up, nor do I
have any third party span blocker. However, that info
allows me to further explore the problem and I'll also try
the OE news group. Again, thanks.
