I keep recieving a message stating that I need to delete
or remove and save my files from outlook because my email
is full. If I don't do this I won't be able to recieve
any emails. Can you tell me how to go about removing or
copying these files. And, if I copy the files, won't the
originals still be taking up space? Thank you

Chances are you have elected to leave mail on the server, and that the
message originates from your mail provider.

If this is the case, clear the server mailbox, using your WEBmail
interface, if available. Or use this method...
http://PAGES.PRODIGY.NET/michael_santovec/pop3telnet.htm
Or ask your provider (probably your ISP) to do it for you.

In Outlook, set the preference to remove mail from the server.

It would help if we knew what e-mail service you are using....Outlook? Web
mail(yahoo, msn)? In outlook, if you no longer need the e-mails, simply
click Ctrl and A at the same time to highlight all messages and then
delete....If you want to delete only a few highlight which ones you want to
delete and click delete.....

Web mail..... depending which ones(messages) you don't want, place a check
in the box and click delete.

If you wish to save certain messages, you can save them to a folder which
you create. Simply right click on the message and click copy or move to
folder....You can create a new folder there also.
I hope this helps.
