email blocked

when i try to open my email a small box pops up and ask me if i want this
info. coppied to my clipboard. it has a lock and key on the left side and a
blue question mark. when this pops up it freezes my computer. i can't make
the box go away so i have to mannuely cut my computer off. i have cleand out
my computer but it don't work. it just started yesterday. i need help because
i use my computer for work and i can't check my mail.

Unfortunately, you haven't given us enough info to go on. What software do
you use? What kind of mail account? Is there a "message title" in this popup
window, and if so, what does it say? Have you scanned for spyware/malware?
Got antivirus software?
