Can I send one Email to several addresses at one time with out
typing in each address separately, and how?

I have my email content in MS Word 2000 format and all my email
address are in excel file.

I don't want to attach the MS Word file, but want to use its
formatted contents as my email body.

Hi Raj,

Do a merge initiated in Outlook. Eventually you can choose to merge the
document and the data as an email in Word Outlook help is pretty straight
forward telling how to do this.

As you compose the document, Word will let you insert fields so email is
personalized. All fields in Outlook are available in Word to be inserted.

Be aware that there are Microsoft security patches, and you will not be able
(at least in Outlook 2000) to send emails efficiently (you must say "Yes" to
send each one in turn) so check out this site, and use the software after
you are aware of the ramification.

You can enable/disable it when it is the System Tray.

Hope this gets you started/helps!
