Email Attachments

When I receive an email with an attachment, and I go to open the attachment, I get the message "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachment". I know there is a way to change this, but I cannot find it. HELP!!

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
