email attachment

I need to open an attachment that came to me in pdf format it took me to
Media player. What could I possibly need with media player to deal with an
email. then I did something to put me Word 2007 to open it and that doesn't
work now tonite it says my security settings aren't right to open. Any
ideas.
 
Were you trying to open the PDF attachment from within WM?
That won't work. It must be opened external to WM.
You can reset file associations in Default Programs.

Uninstall all versions of Adobe (Acrobat) Reader and then either install the
newest version from Adobe or install Foxit:
