Hi,

I have a report that I would like to email using the email
as attachment button on the file menu. However, when I
select the format of the file (Rich Text) and open the
sent report... the Yes/No check box doesn't appear with
the Yes/No selection... and I have an option group with 6
choices/boxes to select, but none of those check boxes
next to the 6 group options appear either. Does the Rich
Text format allow for reading the check box code? Why
aren't the check boxes appearing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The "Export to RTF" functionality on Access does not support the export of
any graphical objects. Lines, boxes, images, and CheckBoxes are all lost.
If you format your report so it uses text (like "Yes/No" or "True/False"),
then you will get the output.
