Is Microsoft going to do something about this Email/Worm attacker? My ISP
shuts off my email now and my business is not getting ligit email. Also, I
have to refuse anything from Microsoft in my spamblocker.

As in the case of spam there is nothing that Microsoft can do *now*.

The worm does not originate from them
The internet is not controlled by Microsoft (bad luck, Bill)
The ISPs (whose fault it also is'nt) are not in Microsoft's control

Machines have to be 2yrs out of date on SP to pass it on automatically

In theory the ISPs could control it by anti-virusing our mailboxes, but we
don't pay them for that service (in general). I'm down to about 250 a day
now which is much more bearable than a week ago.

No, no I'm talking about the volume of 1 meg emails. I know there is a worm
attached but that is not the problem, of course no one executes the worms.
My ISP shuts off my email after 10 meg (10 of these emails) and then starts
refusing all email which puts me out of business.
