When I create an email link in a web created with
FrontPage 2002 it does not work. When the link is clicked
a "File Not Found" box appears. The box gives me the
option of locating my aol email address. I cannot find it
either in Outlook or in any aol folder. When I cancel
from the box I get the message that my default mail client
is improperly installed.

I have this problem whether in preview mode or in preview-
in-browser mode, with or without being signed on to aol.
I have also tried enclosing my email address in < > marks
when setting up the email link.

Is this one of those aol quirks or am I missing something
very fundamental?

How are you entering the email address, via the hyperlink dialog, and
selecting the envelope icon?
