Regarding protecting your presentation: If you have either PPT 2002 or 2003,
you can set password protection on the presentation file using PowerPoint.
If you have an earlier version, you will need to use an outside tool.

Regarding what to put in the zip file: If the music file is anything other
than a WAV file, you will need to include it as well. (Most WAV files are
included in the PPT file, depending on their size.) Any other linked file
will need to be included in the zip file as well.

I know I can zip a Power Point Presentation and email it, but how can I
keep others from editing it after they open it? And.....do any other files
