email and access

I'm looking for a way to access my outlook email, that will have a message
from a web site. This message will have multiple fields (as Follows)

Name
Password
Email address

The fields will contain information probably within quotes.
I need to get this information and enter it into a table in access.
I feel sure this can be done, but I'm at a loss as to how.
Any help would be appreciated.
