I have used hotmail for several years now OK. I've just purchased a new
vista PC with Windows Mail.

How can I send and receive emails using Windows Mail and Hotmail?

Your options are to use http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas
and downgrade to Hotmail Plus http://www.newhotmail.co.uk/
