email address I typed in To... but are not in Contacts

Can someone tell me how to get all the address I typed in manually into my
contacts address book, for example when I go to type an address in and start
with the letter a all the address I previously typed starting with a show up
- put they are not in my address book or contact????

The auto-complete list contains all the typed addresses not just contacts as
you've seen. I don't think there's an automated way to get the non-contact
ones into your contacts.
