(1) Any email client out there that lets you enter multiple email addresses
for the same person, and then choose which of the addresses you want to send
the message to. (Just for example, you can *enter* multiple email addresses
for a person in the Windows Address book, but Outlook Express will not let
you choose which address to send an email to; only the default email address
for that person can be used.)

(2) Is there such a thing as an Address Book program that can be used with
different email clients? That would get around problems that arise in
trying to import/export Address Books between different clients.

Actually, you can in OE, but it's kinda inconvenient.

Open the Address Book, select the recipient, click Action. Those Address
Book entries with multiple addresses will have a Send Mail To => option,
and you can chose the particular email addy you're sending to from
there.
