email address book

how do you get the names in the email address book to appear last name first? i have it set up that way in contacts, and it appears that way in contacts, but it reverses it and shows first name first in the email address book.

The version of Outlook makes a difference. For Outlook 2002 and 2003, click
Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books.
Select the Outlook Address Book and click Change. Select the appearance
order on that page.
 
By default names are sorted by "first name, last name". If you want to
change this to "last name, first name" do the following;
Go to Control Panel-> Mail-> E-mail Accounts-> View or change existing
directories or address books-> select Outlook Address Book-> Change.
At the bottom you can set the way the names are sorted.
