Anyone know why email addresses in outlook 92002) are not clickable

I recieve mail with email addresses in them but they are not clickable, while other hyperlinks are, any ideas?

I have the same problem with Outlook 2000. It's the main reason I don't
switch from OE. I get leads with emails on them and if they're not
clickable, I would have to copy the email, open a new message and paste the
email, instead of just one click.

Is there a solution to this besides using RTF with Word as an editor (that
will, work, btw, 80552)? As I send images by email to my clients, RTF is no
good for me.

well, at least it's a problem with Outlook and not some stupid setting I missed somewhere. d;^

I suppose editing with Word in RTF would solve the problem but copy and paste is just as quick I think in this case

Thanks

We are not talking about sending an email hyperlink but being able to click
on ones sent to us. The ones I get with OE, I can click on; the same ones
are not clickable with OL.

you may need to use the mailto tag or enter a space following the hyperlink.
if using mailmerge, make sure you have the latest sp's.
