EMail Accounts

Since loading VIsta and running for approx 1 week everything has been going
great. I set up Mail to get emails from 2 pop3 accounts and everything has
been working fine. Suddenly, when trying to get new mail (send/receive), my
default account has started to ask for username and password. I havnt changed
anything and can log into the mail account using webmail with the correct
user/pass combination. Why has mail suddenly found trouble accessing the
account and insisting that the password or username is wrong, no matter what
i do!
The error message is titled 'Windows Security', anybody have any ideas
please, or I am going to load WIndows 3.1 again!!!! lol
 
Yeah, reformat and load Win 3.1 and then update to Vista from that.

OR

Try removing the account and closing and reopening Winmail and add it back
again and see if that fixes it. Also make sure no program is set to scan
email. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 which applies to Winmail as well.
