Now we really don't know that the OP doesn't have an email account do we?
Just because they posted using the web interface doesn't mean that they
don't have and email account with some entity. (BTW, for someone with just
a few months with PPT, keep up the good work in trying to help others.)

If you have an account already set up with a service provider simply start a
new email and attach the file to the email using whatever email client
(program) you have (Outlook Express, Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail,
etc.) You have an email client already in your computer and it is either
Windows Mail (Vista) or Outlook Express (XP.)

If you have no email account you first need to contact the Internet Service
Provider (ISP) that provides you internet access. They normally will
provide a free email account or accounts as part of you internet package.
You can also use Google's GMail, Yahoo's mail, Microsoft's mail service
(hotmail and others) and there are other free email providers out there.
Google for assistance in locating one. You ISP can help you with their
setup.

Hope this helps, let us know.

Call your ISP ( internet service provider ) for account settings
information, also ask them if they can lead you through.
If you're already given an e-mail address, tell us what is AFTER the symbol
@.
EX. mine is................ (my name)@cogeco.ca

you have many choices. such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc. you can
apply the account at their home pages. most of them are free.
when emailing powerpoint presentation, you just need to attach it with
the email. P.S. pay attention to the file size. powerpoint file may
be large and the email has limitation on the attachment's size. if
you meet this situation, you can handle it through two ways:
1) reduce the file size. this tutorial will help you
http://www.acoolsoft.com/support/powerpointzone/Tips-to-reduce-powerpoint-file-size.html#176

2) convert your powerpoint to flash with Acoolsoft PPT2Flash. the size
of flash files is much smaller than powerpoint. you can try the
converter here: http://www.acoolsoft.com/products.html#176
