Email Account Synchronization

Under Outlook 2000, I was able to not synchronize an
account when sending/receiving. This option does not
appear to be available with Outlook XP 2002. I know I can
do this in Outlook Express, but I want to use Outlook.
Problem: my work email is forwarded/aliased to my personal
email account. I need to have the work email account in
Outlook in order to use that specific email address for
work new emails or replies. I have both work and personal
email accounts in Outlook XP, but any work email appears
TWICE in my Inbox. Any help?
 
It is. Try Tools>Send/Receive Groups>Define Send/Receive Groups>Pick Group
and EDIT.
