Email about downloading a patch

It is bogus and unless you have some form of blocking for SPAM you will
continue to get it.
 
I keep getting an e-mail from (e-mail address removed)
telling me that I need to download the attached Internet
Explorer patch immediately. Has anyone else gotten this
email. I get up to 10 per day. Needless to say, I have
not downloaded it. I did block that address. Thanks for
any help or ideas.
 
Some devious person is "spoofing" Microsoft. The email message is
not from Microsoft and should be deleted immediately!

What attached IE patch?

It probably is bogus and besides, a legit download would only come from a
microsoft.com site.
