Email a Form view

I have to email these records, selected in a Forms view so that the format
and data are displayed the same way as the Form view. The current
instructionas are to print the View and fax it. There must be a better way.

forms are for viewing, changing and adding data.
Create a report and email that.

The Form is used to create a record and often has to be sent in the format
of the Form.
A record can be selected and sent directly from Form view. Unfortunately
that seems to lose the format and come out like an excel record.
I have to retain the Form(at). The mechanics of creating a report,
selecting a record, Publish it in Word, etc. seem a lot more involved than
just sending it directly. Is there a way to do it?
