Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order

While I have you, can you tell me how to set up my contact list that I
call
up while in a message by clicking on the icon to the left of the
address
field so that it sorts by last name rather than first name? I file new
contacts as last, first but they still appear in the contact list as
first
last.

When I search for a contact in OL2003 address book I would like to
click on a
link to automatically send an email to the contact instead of having
to
copy
the email address and then paste it in to an email message. Is
there a
way
to do this in OL 2003?
