I have a Active Directory internal dns server with external forwarders
enabled. I also use a netscreen firewall and I am trying to block all
unwanted email address at the firewall. The netscreen tech support said I
could create a group to pass only email address that my internal dns server
would resolve. How do I create records on my dns server that will resolve an
email address.

It is not DNS's responsibility to resolve email addresses, DNS can only give
the mail server records for the requested email domain. It is up to the mail
server to accept or reject mail to or from certain users or domains.

Or better yet, a 3rd party tool, such as MailMarshall, or Trend, there are
many of them out there that work very well...

DNS doesn't resolve e-mail addresses.... What mail system are you using?

I guess your best bet is to create the zones for domains you don't want to
send mail to, create an MX and A record giving it a bogus IP. But this is
for sending, not receiving mail. To block certain incoming domains, and if
Trend doesn't give the ability to subscribe to the RBL, then you can
probably go with one of those services. Here's a link on it:
