eMachines Media Bay Reader

After upgrading from Windows XP Home to Professional, the
Media Bay Reader in my eMachine T2825 is no longer
recognized. I am usually able to open My Computer and
see the various drives for the reader. I called
eMachines and they said I had to get the drivers from
Microsoft. I am unable to find them. Any suggestions?

What is showing in the Device Manager for the Reader?

(Right click on My Computer, select Properties, from the Hardware Tab, click
on Device Manager)

Is there a yellow exclamation point on anything?

It's not even showing up in the Device Manager.
