Has anybody had any experience using the new Elonex Web Book (running XP)
for Powerpoint presentations?
It looks like a very nice small device to carry around but what is it like
running PPT 2000 or later - and running linked video clips - driving a
projector.

TIA
Chris

Why not read a review of the laptop?

or from a real user

I imagine any laptop produced in the last 8 years will run ppt 2000 quite
happily.

Playing video clips - depends on what sort of video clips -
MPEG1 - can be played with almost any laptop even as old as windows 95.
HD WMV requires a lot of power.

Thanks, TAJ. Naturally I have looked at reviews but have found no mention
of ppt or videos.
The videos are just short clips that are WMV but are not HD - just the
output from Windows Movie Maker.
