Has anybody else had the misfortune to deal with this shower? I've had a dreadful experience with their lack of communication and customer service, even from their General Manager, who never responds to emails, even ones of his that I have replied to.
Details are too boring, but suffice to say that the issues are over returned (faulty) goods, test fees, return postage etc.
By way of contrast, when I had to return a duff mainboard to dabs, no issues, RMA straightaway, credit within seven days, and they arranged and paid for collection.
