Eliminating Duplicates from Contact Folders

ZeroDegrees, LinkedIn and Plaxo have created several duplicate Contact
folders in my Outlook 2000.

I want to be able to search through all of these folders and eliminate
duplicate or old contact information.

Any suggestions on utilities or procedures?
 
Try www.mapilab.com, they have some good add-ins that I have tried.
They work very well !!
