Eliminating Business Fax Contacts

I am trying to send a mass e-mail.

I plan to use the BCC feature.

I'd like to compose the e-mail and then hit the To button and select all.
Currently, this displays both e-mail addresses and faxes.

Can I eliminate the display of faxes so that I do not have to select each
e-mail contact one at a time?

Sure. Erase all the fax numbers from your contact records. Outlook
considers fax numbers to be valid electronic addresses and so the Address
Book interface will show them. Alternatively, you can reformat the numbers
so that Outlook can't recognize them as such by, for example, prepending the
letter "F" to each. Of course, if you have anf fax software integrated with
Outlook, either of these approaches will destroy the fax software's ability
to determine the fax numbers. There are third-party tools you can buy to
make this process easier.

if you start by selecting the Contacts in your Contacts Folder, and then
make a new email (drag to Sent Items), then drag to the BCC field, you won't
get their fax numbers.
