Since we've upgraded to XP, some users find login info being held in fields.
Is there a way to stop this? Or is it built in the specific software?
Particularly want to eliminate user ids. Passwords are typicallys not kept
unless directed to do so. Thanks

click start / run
type 'gpedit.msc' without the quotes
then go to 'Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local
Policies\Security Option' , there look for the following entry
"Interactive logon: Do not display last user name' , the default option is
'disabled' set it to 'enabled' , restart & presto your done.

Hope this helps.
