Elementary School Enrollment DB

I am trying to create an enrollment/Master student DB
that contains all the information about each student
(i.e. name, address, medical info, bus route,
registration date, tuition payments, attendance,
discipline, etc.) Also, we need to have the
parent/grandparent/guardian info and their church info
for mailings.
Right now I have a parents/grandparents/etc. table, a
church table, a student table and a student-parent
junction table).
If anyone has any ideas on how to best set this up or
knows of any samples out there that I could use, I would
appreciate it.
