Years ago your post might've seemed welcome but these days
so much spam has made it undesirable to have these kinds of
posts. You might consider advertising in your local Yellow
Pages, it would be much more likely to target your locality.

My computer is in the basement and my flushing area is upstairs near the
bedroom... Is that too far?
