ejecting cd's & multiple launch shortcuts

Hi!

I have a couple unrelated questions (well, they are both
related to my computer).

First, I just put together a new machine, and I used the
Antec Sonata case (highly recommended, it's great!). The
front of the case has a door covering the CD-ROM bays.
I'm always cautious about closing the door when I have a
disc in one of the drives because I am concerned about
them being auto-ejected without being able to physically
open. I know most programs have a check box to "eject cd
when finished writing", etc., but is there a way to just
disallow this thru Windows? I figure with so many cases
out now with enclosed CD-ROM's someone else may have
figured this out. I've done some research myself but I
haven't come up with any answers.

Second, how do I set up a single shortcut to launch 2
programs? Additionally, I would also need it to have a
delay between launching the first and the second. I want
to use SpamPal to filter my email, but it seems like a
waste to leave it running all the time. Ideally, I'd
like my Outlook shortcut to launch SpamPal, wait 5
seconds or so for it to load, and then launch Outlook.

Nothing incredibly important here, but if anyone has any
tips I would appreciate it.

Thanks!!

1.No. Though individual programs can usually be configured.

2. cmd /c start <command1>&start <command2>

cmd /c start c:\boot.ini&start msimn
