When i right click pendrive drive letter in window explorer, there are both
EJECT and REMOVE shortcut.

What is the difference?

I know tat if i want to remove the pendrive, i shall select REMOVE. Then
what is EJECT for?

Im asking what is the difference, and you are asking me which one i want.
Then, u think i can answer u?

Eject removes the media from a drive. If possible it is
physically ejected (CD or ZIP drives), otherwise logically
only (card readers).
There is no way to distinguish between card readers and
USB flash drives since both pretend to have a removable
media. Therefore Windows offers the 'Eject' item for USB
flash drives too.

'Remove' removes the whole USB device. I it is a multislot
card reader then all slots becomes unavaillable until the
device is reattached. Since there is no way to distinguish
between internal and external USB drives, "Remove" is
offered for internal card readers too.

Thanks Uwe, you have given me clear explanation and answered my question
(why EJECT is offered for usb flash drive), while other rude guys here never
read my question and only said im idiot bcos they thought "i do not know
what is EJECT" means.

Hey shit for brains, I was replying to Paul Montgomery for his stupid remark
but I guess you couldn't figure that out! No wonder why you can't eject and
remove.
