EISA and ISA - are they the synonymous

Just trying to do some upgrades to an older server
looks like the ethernet adapter is EISA can I assume that an ISA video
card would work?

I posted here cause the server is windows 2000 server

never mind, I just read an isa card will seat and run where an eisa
card is
the basic difference is transmission speed of card data

but in some cases isa is faster...

*this is just stuff I just read

but have no experience with this dinasaurs
