LATELY WHEN I GET ON THE INTERNET MY COMPUTER FREEZES UP
AND WHEN I DO ALT CTRL DELETE I SEND A REPORT TO MICROSOFT
AND THEN THE PROGRAMS QUITS. I AM USINGS WINS XP.

Do you mean IE6? If so, try going to the web site below
and follow the directions for repairing Internet Explorer
